Nic is the best, really got into all the places where I felt paid and the relief afterwards was amazing, would highly recommend

I've now been to see Nic twice, and both sessions have been incredible. I went in with a lower back and glute issue that I've been struggling with for around five years, so I knew it was never going to be a quick fix.

The treatment has been thorough from the start. I've had deep tissue sports massage (which definitely gets right to the source of the problem!), dry needling, and cupping. Nic doesn't just treat the symptoms—he takes the time to understand what's causing the issue and works to get to the root of it.

After my first session, the pain in my lower back and glute eased so much that I was finally able to perform my rehabilitation exercises in the gym without the pain that had been holding me back for years. That alone made a huge difference.

I had my second session yesterday, and I genuinely feel Nic may have finally found the muscle that's been causing the problem all this time. I'm feeling really positive that I'm finally on the right path.

If you're dealing with a long-term injury or persistent pain, I can't recommend Nic highly enough. He's incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping you recover properly rather than just providing a temporary fix.

Probably one of the best sports massages I've had. Body is feeling great afterwards, Nicolas was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice as well. Highly recommend.
