Saw Nic for the first time this week and he was brilliant! Very professional and knew his stuff. Helped tackle a few problem areas for a sports massage along with a general overall body MOT. Comfortable environment and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good sports massage in the Cardiff area! :)

I've been struggling with back pain for around a month after over-doing it at the gym and Nic did a great job in improving it.
A really nice guy who's great at what he does, would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Nic for anyone struggling with upper or lower body tension or any tension for that matter.
I went in with locked-up shoulders and a nagging tightness in my lower back,psoas and hip flexors. Nic managed to work through the knots with the perfect amount of pressure. My hips finally feel 'open' again. Professional, effective, and clearly an expert in the field! Thank you!
